Why must we fear the night,
when everything beautiful is in sight?
The blinding sun has disappeared
under the horizon.
The stars shine high
in the night sky
twinkling in wondrous tranquillity.
The moon shown above
full of beauty and love.
Why must we fear the night

The whispering of the wind.
The swaying of the shadows.
The majestic dance of the fireflies.
Beauty shown all around.
